General terms and conditions of sale Edenia
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Hôtel Edenia (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") concerning room reservations, related services and any other services offered by the Hotel. Any reservation and use of the Hotel's services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Booking
1.1 Booking and confirmation
It is recommended to book in advance to guarantee room availability. The reservation will only be confirmed once it has been accepted by the hotel. When making a reservation, a deposit or a credit card number must be provided. The hotel contract is concluded as soon as the Hotel confirms the reservation.
1.2 Online reservations
Reservations made via our website are effective once the reservation fee has been paid. If the payment is rejected, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
1.3 Secure payment
For bookings made by telephone or email, a secure payment link will be sent to validate the booking. This link is valid for 24 hours; after this time, the booking will be cancelled.
1.4 Changeable reservations (RACK)
For changeable bookings, a secure payment link will be sent within 3 days (or 6 days in July, August and September). If payment is not received within this period, the booking will be cancelled.
2. Payment
2.1 Terms of payment
Payment for accommodation must be made no later than the day of departure. For longer stays (1 week or more), payments will be made weekly.
2.2 Payment methods accepted
We accept credit cards (Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard) and cash.
2.3 Credit card guarantee
A valid bank card in the customer's name is required as a guarantee. A bank imprint of at least €90 will be taken on arrival. If necessary, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guarantee card for any extras, consumption or damage noted after departure.
2.4 Non-payment
In the event of non-payment, the Customer may be evicted without refund and legal action may be taken.
3. Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the reservation. It is payable on site and is set at €1.20 per person per night (rate 2024).
4. Car park
The hotel offers private outdoor parking at a rate of €5 per day in low season and €20 in high season. The car park is secure but not guarded. Guests are asked not to leave valuables in their vehicle.
5. Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. If not included in your rate, breakfast can be booked for €14 per person per night, or €9 for children (up to 10 years old).
6. Cancellation / Modification of Reservation
6.1 Free cancellation
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 days before arrival (5 days in high season: July, August, September). If this deadline is not met, 100% of the cost of the stay will be due.
6.2 Non-refundable cancellations
Non-refundable bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged.
6.3 Delays and early departures
There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
7. Group
Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require a deposit of 50% of the total amount, payable at the time of booking. The balance must be paid one week before arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations or amendments made after 1 month prior to arrival.
8. Cancellation of duplicate reservation
If a booking is made in error by the customer, it can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the booking, subject to a €35 cancellation fee, if the booking was made via our official website.
9. Breakfast packages included
Breakfast packages included in the booking are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any dissatisfaction with breakfast or dinner times will not be reimbursed.
10. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Customer declares that he/she has read and accepts these terms and conditions at the time of booking. Failure to comply with the conditions may result in immediate termination of the contract without compensation.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman, the Association of European Consumer Ombudsmen (AME CONSO), within one year of the complaint.
12. Cold calling
The Customer can register free of charge on the BLOCTEL official website.
13. Non-compliance with the Conditions
If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, the Hotel reserves the right to ask the Customer to leave the establishment immediately, without any right to compensation.
