Rules of procedure

Hotel Rules and Regulations

 

1. Access to rooms, departure and arrival
The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests whose dress is indecent or negligent, or whose behaviour is noisy, improper, alcoholic, or contrary to public decency and order.

On arrival, customers must provide their identity and age, as well as those of any accompanying persons.

Unauthorised third parties may not enter the room without the prior agreement of the hotelier.

The guest may not occupy a room for more people than provided for in the regulations in force. The hotel will charge the cost of the room for the additional persons.

Access to the room is only possible after 4pm, unless otherwise agreed.

The rental period ends at 11.00 am, regardless of the time of arrival.

A luggage storage service is available at reception for a fee. The hotel is not responsible for unchecked items.

A bank transfer of €90 (5 nights or more) will be required on arrival.

The room key must be returned to reception on departure. Failure to do so will incur a €150 charge.

 

2. Children and extra beds
Children are the full responsibility of the guest and must not be left unattended in the room.

A cot can be provided subject to availability and only in superior rooms.

Children under 3 can use the existing bedding at no extra charge. For children over 3, an extra bed is required.

The hotel can provide an extra bed subject to availability. The number of extra beds or cots is limited to one per room.

 

3. Pets
Pets are allowed for a supplement of €15 per night. They are the responsibility of the owner and must not be left alone in the room.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed free of charge with the prior agreement of the hotelier.

 

4. Groups
A reservation is considered to be a group when 5 or more rooms are booked.

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the group's booking.

The deposit is refundable up to 15 days before arrival, excluding cancellation charges.

No cancellations or changes can be made within 15 days of arrival.

 

5. Relaxation area (Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi)
Access is included for hotel guests, limited to 45 minutes per night, subject to availability.

Swimming costumes must be worn.

Sexual relations and the introduction of glass objects are strictly forbidden.

It is forbidden to consume alcohol, illegal substances or smoke.

Any breach of the rules may result in ejection from the relaxation area without notice.

 

6. Damage and nuisance
The guest must use the rooms responsibly.

In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Any deliberate or unintentional damage will result in additional charges and a penalty of between €1000 and €2000.

In the event of flood or water damage, additional costs will be charged.

The hotel will charge a cleaning fee if the room is left in an unacceptable condition.

Rooms are non-smoking. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in the guest being asked to leave the hotel without refund.

 

7. Prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the hotel, to dismantle fire detection equipment or to set off the fire alarm for no reason.

Any infringement will result in a charge of €150 for restarting the fire safety system.

 

It is forbidden to cook, take meals or bring drinks not supplied by the hotel into the rooms.

 

8. Claims
Any complaints regarding services must be addressed to the hotelier immediately.

 

9. Safe
Valuables must be placed in the safe available at reception. The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.

 

10. Forgotten business
Forgotten items will be kept in accordance with the law of 31 March 1896. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

11. Skulduggery
Skimming, i.e. consuming a good or service without intending to pay, is punishable by law (6 months' imprisonment and a €7,500 fine).

 

12. Acceptance of the internal rules
Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the contract without refund. The hotel reserves the right to deduct any charges due from the customer's bank imprint.

Booking / Cancellation
It is advisable to book treatments in advance. A bank imprint is required for all bookings.

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

 

Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

If you are late, the treatment will be reduced by the corresponding time.

 

Contraindications
Inform the staff of any special health conditions. Certain treatments may be refused.

 

Care
Treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Massages are for the body only, not for therapy.

Passport to Beauty
The beauty passport is valid for one year and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Access to the Wellness Area
Access is reserved for adults and children aged 16 and over, accompanied by an adult.

Hotel guests have 45 minutes' access per night (by prior arrangement).

Health measures
A shower and the use of antibacterial gel are required before entering the spa.
