Founded in 1975 and formerly known as La Canopée, the Hôtel Édenia, a landmark hotel in Carnac, changed owners in 2021.
After a few months of closure, Édenia is now welcoming you under a brand new identity.

Stay
The Hôtel Édenia in Carnac offers 30 rooms, including 2 PMR rooms, with classic decor and sea or Carnac views. Our hotel and restaurant have PRM access.
Each room has a private bathroom and/or shower, flat-screen TV, safe and other facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For your convenience, all our rooms have a hospitality tray with kettle, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini-bar.

Chef Julien Lamperriere offers generous, gourmet cuisine, using seasonal produce with a modern twist. He strives to create sophisticated and accessible bistro menus, while making the most of everyday produce.
The chef, Bruno Le Tallec, offers fresh, local seafood. We have an area dedicated to the preparation and tasting of seafood delivered directly from the fish auction.

Sorting our waste and preventing food waste are objectives that should be part of everyone's daily lives. That's why, at our level, we have set up a system for sorting and recycling waste, as well as a policy to prevent food waste.
Controlling our energy consumption is a daily challenge that our school wants to take up. Simple gestures that are renewed and adapted, as well as the installation of technological equipment, are used to achieve our objectives, in particular to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
